Namitha's Premotsavam Schedule Starts Rolling in Hyderabad

Shooting of 'Premotsavam' directed by Rajeswar and produced by Ashok K Kotwani on the banner of Yank Movies with Sriram and Namitha in the lead was launched recently.

The film had completed its first schedule with the picturisation of scenes at Ambedkar University, Begumpet Airport, Lahari Resorts and other such areas in Hyderabad. The second schedule is slated to begin on July 15 at Malaysia.

Director says, 'Like my earlier film 'Mauna Hridayam', I am bringing out this film with a beautiful subject with a good mixture of commercial elements. In the first schedule, we shot some scenes involving Sriram and Namitha and some others with college backdrop.'
Producer says, 'The film has all kinds of elements that could attract the youth. We had plans to release the film in September.'

Sriram says, 'I am playing the role of an employee of a corporate company. It is a colourful film with lots of commercial elements.'

Hemamalini, a novice is making her debut as another heroine in this movie. Nazar, Raghubabu, Vivek, Anil, Rayesha, Shruti, Ragasha and others are in the cast.

Dialogues are by Surendra Krishna, music is by Yatish, camera is by J Camel Alex, art is by Jockey, while story, screenplay and direction are by K Rajeswar.

"Namitha's" Jaganmohini Grander than the Original

Hot Sexy Heroin Namitha in Jaganmohini . Namitha done it really well.
Well that is what one would say seeing how they are remaking the yesteryear Vittalacharya film, Jaganmohini. The original version, in the days of limited technology, provided a beautiful tale full of magic, adventures, and thrills. The remake version has the advantage of technology; hence the original version is enhanced, made bigger and better.

Shooting of Jaganmohini is currently progressing in Madurai. Earlier, a song shot in Thirumalai Naicker Mahal was witnessed by Ilaiyaraja (perhaps the first time he witnessed the filming of a song for which he had composed music). The song had beautiful heroines Nila and Namitha and 50 attractive “rich girls” (jargon for those who appear in films as a hobby). It looked as though the mythical “Indralokam” had descended on earth!

The set at Madurai is a potpourri of persons and paraphernalia related to film shooting. It looks like a different world of a bygone era in the middle of modern Madurai. The sets are filled with beautiful heroines Nila and Namitha dressed like celestial beauties, director and other technicians, beautiful junior artists, people dressed as soldiers, and lots of elephants. The palace and temple sets constructed for the scene are majestic.

The film promises breathtaking scenes doctored by computer special effects. The best of the best of this film is the underwater scenes to be shot in Andaman featuring Namitha, who enacts the role of Jaganmohini, a pearl diver. This gives enough scope for “hot and wet” scenes of Namitha . This underwater scene will be shot in the crystal clear shallow sea in Andaman, which has an appealing bluish-green hue. The corals in this area are breathtakingly beautiful. Imagine, Namitha diving in this beautiful sea, getting drenched...! The film will ride on the shapely shoulders of Namitha and Nila, who will provide the glamour quotient.

The makers are going the extra mile in acquiring high-end cameras and other equipment for shooting these underwater scenes, which will be the highlights and much-awaited scenes of the film. We can understand that it is really hard for you to wait until its release!

Sexy Namitha Do Underwater Scenes in " Jaganmohini " as Pearl Diver

Namitha is appearing as a pearl diver in cinematographer N.K.Viswanathan’s film ‘Jaganmohini’. Though it is reported that this film is a re-make of Vittlacharya’s ‘Jaganmohini’, the stories of these films are different.The new ‘Jaganmohini’is that of a story that took place about 300 years ago.

Majority of the film is being shot in sets as this is a period film. Currently shooting is taking place in a grand set erected at Thirumalai Naicker Mahal in Madurai.It is planned to do further sooting in Visakapatnam, Hyderabad and other places.There again, huge sets will be erected for shooting. The highlight of the film will be the set of a submarine in the Andaman Sea. This is planned at a large scale of investment amounting to many lakhs of ruppes by Art Directgor Krishnamurthy.

Many undersea scenes are planned to be shot. Namitha is acting in the character of a pearl diver.A special camera to shoot the underwater scenes is obtained from Hollywood. It is capable of shooting with lights underwater up to a very high clarity.Director N.K.Viswanathan himself is the cinematogrpher of the film.

Special cameramen will be brought from abroad to shoot underwater scenes.Namitha who is already beautiful will be more so when she dives for pearl. With foreign cameramen shooting underwater scenes, Mohini is sure to frighten!

Legendary Music Composer Ilayaraja in 'Jagan Mohini' starring Namitha

‘Jagan Mohini’ starring Namitha and Nila had a surprise visitor at it sets in Madurai at the Thirumalai Naicker Mahal recently. The legendary music composer Ilayaraja was a special guest at the movie's shooting.

Maestro Ilayaraja has composed music for this film. Sources in the industry say that despite Ilayaraja having composed music for thousands of songs, he is not in the habit of seeing his songs being picturized.

A close friend of director N K Viswanathan, Ilayaraja visited the sets and watched the shooting at very close quarters. Interestingly Ilayaraja is composing the musical score for ‘Jagan Mohini’, which is a remake of the yesteryear classic with the same title. The original version featured Jayamalini in the lead role. The movie which went to the floors recently features Tollywood actor Raja in the lead role. The shooting is on at a fast pace. Ilayaraja was lavishing praises about the grand sets erected for the movie.

The legendary music director is very selective in composing for films these days. The storyline and the mood depicted in the film needs to be to his liking.
