Namitha to Small Screen replacing Simran

Namitha has replaced Simran to be the celebrity judge in “Maanadu Mayiladu”, a dance based reality show on Kalaignar TV.

This weekend show is conceived, produced and directed by noted choreographer Kala Master and it will showcase eight set of aspiring dancers as they struggle to make it in the competitive world of dance.

Maanadu Mayiladu is Namitha’s first entry into Television and she will share her experience and knowledge in dance with a new generation of dancers, and we'll find out if they have what it takes to stand up to her expectations.

Says Namitha: “I have shot two episodes and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The contestants are all so talented and hard working and I am happy to share the job of being judges along with Kala Master and Brinda Master”.

However the buzz is that Namitha, a top actress is paid a whopping amount to be the judge in “Maanadu Mayiladu”.
